Fat Boy's Burrito Co. is a groundbreaking, fast-growing restaurant chain based on Long Island, NY. I am their Social Media Manager, amplifying their social media and digital marketing presence, growing community, and establishing the chain in the digital space. I direct and spearhead every facet of their social media presence alongside the founder and owner, and some of my largest responsibilities and accomplishments include:

-Directing social media strategy and content calendar

-Producing, filming, and editing content while shooting on-site in restaurants

-Managing our paid social ads, boosts, and Google ads

-Designing graphics for print marketing and social media

-Supporting e-commerce and sales of dishes and merchandise

-Filming and producing on-site event coverage, and plans events for organizations such as collaborations with local sports leagues and players, Yelp Long Island events, and more
